It’s finally the time of year for a beer that can stand up to a cold winter’s night.
Join me as we talk and taste our way through five winter warmers from the world over – English Barley Wine, Scottish Wee Heavy, German Weizenbock, Belgian Quadrupel, and American Imperial Stout.
We’ll learn the history of each style, while (hopefully!) savoring each sip.
(As these styles tend to be a bit boozier, some light nibbles will be available to make sure you’re still standing, but I would recommend eating dinner beforehand!)
