A Taste of Brewing History

August 8, 2017 // 7pm – 8:30pm

Mother Kelly’s Bottle Shop E9

Hosted by Natalya Watson, Certified Cicerone®

The 1800s saw some incredible advances in brewing technology – from malt roasting, to refrigeration, to making sense of microbes.

We’ll talk through the impact of these advancements, while tasting our way through a UK-brewed example of the beer styles they gave rise to.

From porter to Pilsner, you’ll get a taste of brewing history (and some fine British beers, too!)

This talk & tasting is offered during London Beer City, a 10-day celebration of all things beer in the capital.

Head on over to Eventbrite to purchase your ticket for £10
